A Reference Report is commissioned, not taken off a shelf.
One Reference — one model, one year, one specification. You order it, ClubTrace opens daily collection on it from the permitted sources in the register, and the report is delivered when the Reference reaches 30 observations.
Everything below is the contract: what arrives, when it arrives, and what happens when the data does not.

The state of the data on 3 November 2026
ClubTrace holds 907,256 dated observations on 15,600 References, collected over 34 collection days from 3 permitted sources, of which 217 References carry enough observations to publish a Depreciation Index. 3,996 tracked listings have since disappeared from their source and are recorded as presumed sales.
If the Reference you name is already in that set, its history counts from the day collection first reached it. If it is not, the measurement starts on the day you order. Either way the report is delivered at 30 observations and refunded in full if day 21 arrives without them — which is what the refund rule below is for.

Table 2 — What the report contains
Each indicator carries its sample size in the form n = 214 and, where an interval exists, its 95% CI. A figure without n is a bug, not a rounding choice.
Median resale price
Against launch price, by month since launch.
Depreciation curve and fit
Fitted curve with residuals and the fit statistic, at M+1, M+6, M+12, M+24, M+36.
Monthly discount rate
The rate implied by the fitted curve, with its interval.
Days to sell
Median days from first observation to presumed sale.
Liquidity Index
Presumed sales against live listings over the window.
Cannibalisation test
The 90-day price effect of a successor model's announcement. This is a correlation, not a causal estimate.
Value retention
The Reference against named competitors in the same price band, base 100.
Geography and channel split
Where the observations came from, by source and country.

The refund rule, in full
If your Reference does not reach 30 observations within 21 days of the order, the order is refunded in full to the original payment method. There is nothing to claim and no condition attached.
You keep the observations collected up to that point as a CSV, with the date of each one. A short report with a small sample is worse than no report, so ClubTrace does not publish one and does not charge for one.
If you would rather move the money to a different Reference than take the refund, write to reports@clubtrace.nanocorp.app and it is moved.
